Please read the following Terms and Conditions closely before using our Web site (the "Site"). These terms & conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services. Services

The Extra Lesson Institute Pty Ltd runs training courses for The Extra Lesson™. The training courses cost $1,700 per student for Japan and $1,600 per student for Australia and New Zealand. All transactions are displayed and processed in AUD.

Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable to provide the services paid for we will notify you within 28 business days of it becoming apparent that we will not be able to provide the services.

Refund Policy

A full semester’s (6 months) notice of intention to withdraw from the course must be given in writing to the management board or the student will be liable for the next semester’s fees. If notice is given less than a semester in advance no refund will apply and a student must pay for the semester’s fees. In the event that a student is unable to attend a workshop due to illness or other serious cause, the student will be credited the fee for the next available Extra Lesson Training Course to pay for the semester and workshop that was missed, thus they will not be liable for any increase in fees that may have occurred in the interim.

Any personal information given to us by you on this Site, including names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and bank account details, will not be shared with any other third party except where stated or with written permission from you.

Security Policy

All financial transactions on this Site are handled by PayWay. Any credit card number transmissions use 128 Bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard and the minimum level to meet requirements.
